English Celebrations: Sunday
Activities Saturday:
All village restaurants and bars will be open with a set price menu for the FB weekend. There were talks last year about the history of Miramont, and also another talk using Occitain, an old and dying local dialect. The evening had a bar set up outside, dancefloor and music, also once it was dark, the children led a candle lit street procession, the bonfire was lit, and all partied to the wee hours.
Activities Sunday:
Various sports/activities during the day, egg and spoon, welly-wanging, three-legged, tug-of-war, cricket, Usbourne book stall, Facepainting. Buffet lunch, wine, afternoon English tea, and homemade traditional cakes. Traditional English sweets for prizes and snacks etc.. Live band for the later part of afternoon, with dancing into the early evening.
Times: Both days from late morning into evening, Saturday into late night possibly.

South Bucks Jam
The children from Belarus are visiting again. We always have a great day, so come and join in. It's open to non FACE members and children are very welcome too.
Bring something to share for the lunch table. There will be tea, coffee and soft
drinks provided.
Dauphines are booked so bring your money and do let Madeleine know, in good
time, if you know you definitely want something.
